Energy Solutions Sales Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Energy Sales Solutions Specialist to join our CX operations in a BPO/call center environment. In this role, you will engage with customers to assess their energy needs, provide tailored solutions, support them through the decision-making process and providing front-line sales support to clients in the energy sector. The ideal candidate has strong communication and problem-solving skills, a passion for delivering exceptional service, a passion for consultative selling, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven setting. This position plays a key role in promoting sustainable energy solutions while enhancing the overall customer experience.
