General Description As a Credit Reporting Expert, you will represent a global leader in property data and insurance solutions, providing customer service and technical support via phone. You’ll assist businesses and consumers with credit and insurance-related inquiries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. This role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will handle disputes, verify data, and deliver timely resolutions while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer focus. Key Responsibilities -Be the friendly frontline for customers, answering insurance and credit queries with warmth and expertise over the phone. -Walk clients through credit report details, claim statuses, or system glitches with a steady, helpful hand. -Sync up with your team to tackle tough questions and keep support flowing without a hitch. -Forge solid connections with callers by tuning into their insurance concerns and delivering spot-on answers. -Spot recurring issues in calls to suggest fresh ways to make the customer experience even better.
